The Anthony Wayne School Crew Team is in
its 10th year.
Crew is a two-season club sport
that offers students the
opportunity to row on "the mighty Maumee River," and to compete at
regattas in many exciting destinations. Crew offers families many
opportunities to get involved in all aspects of this sport.
Rowing is
important for our community because high
school students learn self-discipline, patience, teamwork,
independence, punctuality, camaraderie, and physical
endurance through this sport.
Any student in Grades 9-12
is eligible to participate. A swim test, an updated physical form
on file at the high school and permission slips are necessary for
participation
